Lifting clamp for beams

Depending on the model, the lifting clamp for beams is suitable for horizontal or vertical lifting, transporting and stacking of steel beams, H-profiles and other structures. A suitable screw terminal is also offered. The robust gripping clamps were all made of high quality materials.

Load capacities from 1 t / piece to 10 t / piece are covered. The gripping range (R) varies between 0 and 560 mm.

Vertical

The special lifting clamp for FBK beams is suitable for handling and stacking steel beams, H-profiles and other structures from the vertical position

Application:

For the vertical lifting, transporting and stacking of steel (H) beams, profiles and structures where the load has to stay perfectly in position
Especially recommended for transporting and stacking steel (H) beams (e.g. when sawing steel beams, stacking steel beams and building steel structures)
Gripping range from: 0 to 25 mm
Load capacity 1000 – 3000 kg
Min. Load capacity corresponds to 10% of the maximum load capacity

Note: The plate surface of the material may have a hardness of max. HRC 37/345 Hb

Features and Benefits:

Special support ring shape that positions the center of gravity of the beam or the load directly below the support ring
When lifting, the beam is kept in balance and the flanges remain vertical so that the beam can be easily stacked or positioned
Always equipped with a safety mechanism that ensures that the clamp does not slip when lifting force is applied and the load is lowered
The clamp is locked in both the closed and open position

Easy, horizontal lifting of H-beams is possible with the lifting clamp TOBK

Application:

For the horizontal lifting, transporting and stacking of steel (H) beams, profiles and structures
Gripping range from: 3 to 20 mm
Load capacity 2000 kg

The lifting clamp for bars TOBK can also be used individually, so the load capacity is specified per piece

The horizontal lifting clamps FSV / FSVS / FSVSU for beams FSV / TBLC are multi-purpose screw clamps that can also be used as an additional lifting point

Application:

For the horizontal lifting and transport of steel (H) beams, profiles and structures
Can also be used as an additional (temporary) lifting point
FSV gripping range from: 75 to 450 mm
FSVS / FSVSU types have a larger gripping range of 75 to 560 mm
FSV load capacity 1000 – 10000 kg (higher load capacity on request)
FSVS / FSVSU load capacity up to 5000 kg
