Vertical lifting clamp

The vertical lifting clamp is suitable for universal use in all industrial areas. It is made of high quality materials and available in various models. Load capacities from 750 kg / piece to 30 t / piece are covered here. The gripping area (R) varies between 0 and 155 mm.

The plate surface of the material may have a maximum hardness of HRC 37/345 Hb with the following vertical lifting clamps!

The lifting clamp for sheet metal, steel plates and similar structures can be handled individually. Therefore the load capacity is always given per clamp.

The TSMP / TSEMP / STSMP models have a three-way multi-purpose ball joint for flexible lifting and greater ranges

Application:

For the vertical lifting, transporting and turning of all steel plates and structures
Gripping range from: 0 to 100 mm
TSEMP / STSMP types have a larger gripping area
Maximum load capacity 750 – 9000 kg (higher load capacity possible on request)
Min. Load capacity corresponds to 10% of the maximum load capacity

The universal heavy-duty clamp TSEU-A has a larger gripping area than its little sister TSEU

Application:

For the vertical lifting, transporting and turning of all steel plates and structures from all positions
Gripping range from: 0 to 95 mm
3 different gripping positions. Adjustable in 30 mm steps
Load capacity 3000 kg. The minimum load capacity corresponds to 10% of the maximum load capacity

Application:

For the vertical lifting, handling and transport of Holland-Profil (HP) shipbuilding structures from all positions

Lifting clamp TCK

The vertical lifting clamps TCK enable a safe and easy lifting of square tube frames

Application:

For the vertical lifting and transport of structures in which a square tube is used as a frame, e.g. mobile units, etc.
When the clamp is loaded, the shaft moves laterally outward and engages the sides of the square tube
Gripping openings from: 62 to 70 mm
Load capacity 3000 kg

The vertical lifting clamps TJP / TJPU are specially designed for lifting thin metal plates without a minimum load capacity

Application:

For the vertical lifting and transport of (thin) plate metal
Gripping range from: 0 to 20 mm
Load capacity 250 – 1000 kg
No minimum load capacity

Equipped with a special toothed circle that adapts itself to the load of the clamp and generates additional friction so that there is no risk of the load slipping
