Non-marking lifting clamp

The non-marking lifting clamp is suitable for horizontal or vertical lifting in numerous industrial areas, depending on the model. In addition, like the other grippers, it is made of high-quality materials. Load capacities from 500 kg / piece to 6 t / pair are covered here. The gripping area (R) varies between 0 and 500 mm.

The non-marking lifting clamp from Terrier Lifting Clamps is used for plates and structures with sensitive surfaces. A special resistant plastic on the clamping jaws protects the load from damage, such as scratches or other marks.

The non-marking lifting clamps TNMK / STNMK / TNMK-A without minimum load capacity are suitable for vertical lifting of sensitive panels, leaving scratches or damage on the material surface

Application:

For the vertical lifting, transporting and turning of all plates and structures without leaving traces, scratches or damage on the material surface
Ideally suited for lifting materials such as (stainless) steel, aluminum, natural stone, composite materials, painted materials, wood, glass, plastic, etc.
Gripping range from: 0 to 60 mm
STNMK types have a larger gripping range: 17 to 37 mm
TNMK-A types have an adjustable larger gripping range: 0 to 180 mm (A) (adjustable in 20 mm steps)
Load capacity 500 – 3000 kg
No minimum load capacity

The non-marking lifting clamp TNMH is used for the horizontal lifting of materials with sensitive surfaces

Application:

For the horizontal lifting and transport of all non-flexible panels and structures without leaving traces, scratches or damage on the material surface
Ideally suited for lifting materials such as (stainless) steel, aluminum, natural stone, composite, painted materials, wood, glass, plastic, etc.
Terrier TNMH lifting clamps must always be used in pairs (or in several pairs)
Gripping range from: 0 to 50 mm
Load capacity 1000 – 6000 kg per pair

Non-marking – Vertikal

Lifting clamp TBLC

The TBLC non-marking lifting clamp is suitable for the vertical maneuvering of loads with parallel sides, such as blocks with a sensitive surface

Application:

For the vertical lifting and transport of all panels, blocks and structures with parallel sides without leaving traces, scratches or damage on the material surface
Ideally suited for lifting materials such as (stainless) steel, aluminum, natural stone, composite materials, painted materials, wood, glass, plastic, etc.
The clamp is locked in the open position. To lift the handle must be turned away and held while
the lifting eye is moved upwards. This closes the clamp. When the load is deposited, the clamp unlocks automatically
Gripping range from: 30 to 500 mm
Load capacity 500 – 3000 kg
No minimum load capacity
